BSc Shred Carnitine contains ingredients like L-carnitine, which helps the metabolism of lipids, fats, and fatty acids. Chromium helps the metabolism of carbohydrates, lipids, and protein and helps glucose and sugar metabolism.

Dissolve 10g (one level scoop) in 300ml of cold water and consume immediately.

Pre-workout: 1 scoop (10g) with 300-600ml of water 15-30min before your workout.
