Christmas Panna Cotta

INGREDIENTS
2 packets jelly of choice (we have
chosen raspberry and lime)
2 cup boiling water
4 scoops Bodyscience Low Carb
Mousse Dessert Powder
300ml water (for the Mousse)
For toppings (optional):
Whipping cream
Green and Red loolies to top

METHOD
1. Empty jelly powder into a medium bowl. Pour in boiling
water and whisk, set aside to cool slightly. Repeat for other
flavour and colour.
2. Meanwhile, make the mousse according to the packet
instructions
3. Combine mousse powder with the jellv and whisk until
evenly combined
4. Divide the mixture evenly into 2 glasses and refrigerate
until set (2-3 hours)
5. Top with other jelly flavour to create 2 layers
6. If you wish, top with whipping cream and fresh berries.
7. Enjoy!
