To redeem your Team BSc Rewards points on the website, follow these steps:

Log In: Sign in to your Team BSc Rewards account on the website.  

Redeem My Points: Click ‘Redeem My Points’ and copy your code. 

Shop: Browse through the products available on the website and add items to your cart as usual.  

Checkout: When you're ready to complete your purchase, proceed to the checkout page.  

Redeem Points: During the checkout process, you should see an option for ‘Discount Code’. Paste your code here and apply.  

Complete Purchase: Review your order details, including the adjusted total amount after point redemption. If everything looks correct, proceed to complete your purchase as usual. 

Confirmation: After successfully completing your purchase, you should receive a confirmation email with details of your redeemed points and the updated order total.

No, any purchases made before the launch of Team BSc Rewards on the 11th April, 2023 do not count towards the Team BSc rewards program. However, your account may display the history of purchases made prior to the launch. Please take note of the date from which your purchases become eligible for points in the Team BSc Rewards program.  

Team BSc Rewards points expire after 6months.

The maximum number of points you can use is 800 with a minimum spend of $120 which gives you a $40 discount. Just ensure you've created a Team BSc Rewards account and logged in. Please note that redeeming points for a discount cannot be combined with any other discount, promotion, or offer, such as a Gift with Purchase.  

Your birthday voucher expires 30 days from the date of issue.

On the 11th April, 2023, Team BSc Rewards hit the scene, carefully crafted by our team, this program isn't just about rewards – it's about adding fun, and surprises to your health and fitness journey! 

When you refer a friend to BSc using the unique refer a friend link, your friend will receive a $20 discount on their first purchase over $120. Once your referred friend makes a purchase, you will receive 400 rewards points credited to your Team BSc Rewards account. Please note that all discounts and gifts issued by Team BSc Rewards will be valid for a period of one month. 

The members who are in the Immortal tier of Team BSc Rewards, will be entered into a random monthly BSc online gift card draw. The draw is conducted at random where the winner gets a $120 Gift Card to use online at BSc. The winner will be notified via email.

• The existing member refers a friend to BSc using a unique referral link provided by the Team BSc Rewards program. 
• When the referred friend makes their first purchase over $120 using the referral link, the referrer receives 400 rewards points credited to their Team BSc Rewards account.

• Earn 400 rewards points for each friend referred who makes a qualifying purchase. 
• Accumulate points to redeem for discounts on future purchases, enhancing the overall shopping experience.

Members enter the All Star tier by spending between $0 to $399. This tier offers basic rewards and benefits.

Members advance to the Hall of Famer tier by spending $400 or more within the specified period. This tier unlocks additional rewards and benefits beyond the All-Star tier.

Members achieve the highest tier, Immortal, by spending $700 or more within the specified period. This tier provides the most exclusive rewards and benefits available in the Team BSc Rewards program.

Team BSc may modify, add to, or remove any terms or conditions of the Team BSc Rewards program at any time without prior notice.

Changes to the Terms & Conditions may be communicated to members through various channels, such as email, the Team BSc website, or other promotional materials.

The updated Terms & Conditions will become effective immediately upon posting on the Team BSc website or other designated platforms.

By continuing to participate in the Team BSc Rewards program after changes to the Terms & Conditions are implemented, members are considered to have accepted the modified terms.

Team BSc reserves the right to terminate or suspend the Team BSc Rewards program entirely or any aspect of it, at any time, with or without cause.

Team BSc may exercise discretion in interpreting and enforcing the Terms & Conditions and may take appropriate actions to address violations or discrepancies.
