How To Use

Add 2 scoops (40g) in 100-110ml of water, milk or your favourite milk alternative. Mix well in a bowl until smooth texture. 

Post-workout recovery: 1 serve 15min after training for muscle recovery and hunger control.

Night Dessert: 1 serve after dinner for a delicious guilt-free dessert, muscle recovery and hunger control.  Daily protein snack: 1 serve for morning tea, afternoon tea or as a guilt-free dessert throughout the day to help control sugar cravings and increase your daily protein intake.
