Why Should We Eat Our Greens Anyway?

We should be aiming to eat our recommended intake of 5 - 6 standard serves of vegetables a day according to the Australian Dietary Guidelines. Green, leafy vegetables are loaded with important vitamins such as vitamins A, C, E and K and micronutrients including calcium, potassium and magnesium.

Some days we may not be able to fit enough fresh greens into our day, this doesn’t mean that you should have to miss out on all that green goodness and micronutrients.

BSc ® CLEAN GREENS is your once-a-day nutrition booster to ensure you’re getting all the essential vitamins and minerals, prebiotics, probiotics, and antioxidants your body needs each day. Our clean greens are packed with 78 nutrient-dense vitamins, minerals, and micronutrients. Rich in antioxidants, probiotics, herbs & superfoods. From mushroom powders to spirulina, wheatgrass, and goji berry, we’ve included everything you need and nothing you don’t.

Perfect for people on the go, Clean Greens comes in a refreshing tropical flavour, simply mix with water, add to shakes, smoothies, and smoothie bowls for an instant nutrient hit. We love mixing it into a glass of cold water for a morning kick start to the day!
