Dissolve 10g (two level scoops) in 300ml of cold water and consume immediately, Low caffeine - Dissolve 5g (one level scoop) in 300ml of cold water and consume immediately. Allow at least 3 hours between doses or as advised by your health professional.

Thermogenic: 1 scoop (5g) with 300ml of water before breakfast and before lunch OR 2 scoops (10g) with 300-600ml of water before breakfast or lunch.

Nootropic: 1 scoop (5g) with 300ml of water mid-morning and mid-afternoon OR 2 scoops (10g) with 300-600ml of water mid-morning and afternoon.

Pre-workout: 2 scoops (10g) with 300-600ml of water 15-30min before your workout.
