Dissolve 1 x 3 g sachet into 600 mL to 1 litre of water and drink immediately. Take up to two 3 g sachets daily.

Thermogenic supplement: 3 g sachet with 600 mL of water mid-morning and mid-afternoon. Digestive health: 3 g sachet with 600 mL of water with breakfast and lunch.

Daily liquid intake: 3 g sachets with 600 mL to 1 litre of water and have it throughout the day for a sweet and healthy treat that will help increase your water intake. Up to twice daily.
