Triathlon involves a lot of training (swim, bike, run and gym). I do around 15 sessions per week, training twice or even three times daily. To get me up in the mornings and before training I use Hydroxyburn Shred Neuro-Thermogenic.
I take this after my training sessions, within 30mins. It helps to reduce my muscle soreness, optimise muscle repair and promote muscle growth.
