A qualified Sports & Exercise Scientist, and also a Clinical Exercise Physiologist, Sarah is passionate about sharing her love for health and fitness with others, inspiring them to live a fit, happy and healthy lifestyle. A self confessed meal prep queen, you'll catch Sarah in the kitchen or gym keeping her workouts fun, fresh and varied. Current obsessions include finding new scenic walks around Sydney, reformer pilates and spin classes, and homemade burrito bowls. I take it daily for healthy gut bacteria, healthy hair, skin and nails, and weight management. I take 2 capsules daily before breakfast on training and non-training days, sometimes adding it to my smoothies or Green Whole Foods.

Protein shakes were never something I truly enjoyed, until I found the HydroxyBurn Lean5 in Chocolate. Smooth, delicious, with no gritty 'protein' aftertaste. Your breakfast will taste better than most people's desserts! Best bit - thanks to the addition of DigeZyme digestive enzymes this blend doesn't upset my stomach or make me feel bloated.
