Biography

Lara grew up loving sports and played touch football, netball and tennis as well as athletics. It was when she first joined a gym at 16 with a friend that she found a love for learning functional movement and discovering her physical capability. After walking the 96km of the Kokoda Trek in Papua New Guinea, Lara set a goal to continually challenge herself and help others find their interest in physical activity. It doesn’t matter what the level or type of exercise someone is involved in because, at the end of the day, mental health is just as important and you’ve got to enjoy your training each day to keep it a part of your life for the long run.

HydroxyBurn Shred Passionfruit is my favourite flavour! I use it to enhance my morning fasted workout; the L-carnitine allows fat stores to be used for energy.

A good Multi Vitamin is a must-have to be rest assured I am getting all my micronutrients, especially when dieting in comp prep.

I have Clean Vegan Protein with my oats every morning to make sure I'm hitting my protein intake. It also keeps me fuller for longer so that I'm not just hungry again an hour later. This is seriously the most delicious vegan protein I've ever tasted, and I love that it's free from any fillers or artificial flavours or sweeteners.
