Biography

Kevin specialises in strength and conditioning and has spent 15 years within the Australian Military. The last 5 years he has been managing a high performance program. He trains and programs for elite and amateur athletes.

Kevin is the Programming Director at 98 Gym. His focus is on improving performance, your strength, speed, power and conditioning...training for a purpose over all else. He believes in facts, science and hard work.
