A competitive gymnast from a young age, Kayla has always had a passion for fitness. Now a registered Personal Trainer / Gym Instructor, she is also an ICN fitness competitor who says bodybuilding and fitness have given her purpose, drive and a new sense of dedication she’s never had before.

By far the best thermogenic I have tried! It gives me a great boost of energy and doesn't leave me feeling wired or having a crash afterwards. I also notice an improvement in my mood and energy levels for the rest of the day. Take 1-2 scoops approx. 20mins before training. Can also be used on non-training days to promote fat loss, enhance energy and concentration by taking 1 scoop in the morning and again at lunchtime.

I take 2 tablets daily an hour after my first meal on both training and non-training days. This helps to reduce stress, improves cognitive performance and helps me stay focused and alert. I can notice it working within 30mins!

For convenience, and because I don’t want to eat meat and egg whites 5 times a day! I find a vegan protein digests better and doesn’t give me any bloating. Simply add 25g (approx. 2 heaps tablespoons) into 250-300ml of water and mix well with a shaker or blender. It’s also great used between meals as a healthy snack on the run, or added to smoothies, cooking, yoghurt or cereals to increase daily protein intake.

The new Super Berry Amino BCAA Fuel is my favourite flavour! I take a scoop in approx 700ml water and consume during my resistance and cardio sessions to help with recovery and prevent muscle breakdown. It can also be taken on non-training days and I find especially useful during a dieting or fat loss phase to reduce hunger and cravings.
