One of my go-to products is Hydroxyburn Clinical, as I live a very busy work/life/training schedule. It keeps me calm and focused. I take it mid morning with my second meal of the day.
I LOVE HydroxyBurn Shred. I take it 30 minutes before EVERY training session, pumps me up and aids in shifting my stubborn fat cells!!
Salted Caramel Lean5 is my go-to protein. I add it to 2 of my 6 meals a day, helping me to grow and sustain lean muscle. Take 2 scoops mixed with 250-300mL water within 30mins after your workout. I also like to have it between meals, added to smoothies, cooking, yoghurt or cereals to increase daily protein intake. Salted Caramel Protein Pancakes are my ultimate healthy treat.
I like to sip on BCAA'S/Aminos whilst I'm training, to keep those sought after muscles intact, and to help repair them.
