This protein powder is great for leaning down during my competition prep and it tastes great. I add to my oats/protein pancakes or just on its own as a shake. The inclusion of a slow digesting protein helps keep me full for longer, while the L-Carnitine and Green Tea add an extra fat burning kick!
I take 2 grams twice daily, before breakfast and immediately after training helping maintain healthy muscle tissue, recovery and gut health. A pure glutamine with zero fillers and banned substance tested!
I take up to 2 sachets a day to help increase my water intake. Hydration is so important while training hard and shredding fat so this tea helps me drink my 3L a day while also giving me probiotics and antioxidants, boosting my metabolism and stimulating thermogenesis.
