Caffeine

Caffeine is a natural stimulant that works by stimulating the brain and central nervous system, to prevent onset mental fatigue and tiredness. Caffeine is a well-known nootropic that supports mental function, concentration, focus and clarity. Caffeine also supports energy production and increase metabolism. Furthermore, caffeine is known to enhance exercise performance, by improving muscle contractions and increasing tolerance to fatigue.

Creatine
