SHIPMENT PROCESSING TIME
95% of orders are picked, packed and dispatched within 2 business days. For orders placed on weekends or public holidays, the process starts next business day. Delays outside our control do happen.

SHIPPING RATES AND DELIVERY ESTIMATES
Where applicable, deliveries will be made by the Carrier to the address stipulated in Your order.
We will deliver to most addresses within Australia. All deliveries are made 8:30am to 5.00pm Monday to Friday by a Body Science chosen carrier.
For orders placed with standard shipping before 3.00pm AEST on a weekday, please allow from the confirmation of dispatch:
- 2-5 working days for delivery to a capital city in any State;
- 5-10 working days for delivery to most large regional towns; and
- 7-14 working days for delivery to other remote locations.
For orders placed with express shipping before 4.00pm on a weekday, please allow from the confirmation of dispatch:
- 1-3 working days for delivery to a capital city in any State;
- 2-7 working days for delivery to most large regional towns; and
- 4-10 working days for delivery to other remote locations.

SHIPMENT TO P.O. BOXES OR PARCEL LOCKER ADDRESSES
We welcome PO Box and Parcel locker deliveries as we ship with Australia Post.

We will send you a Shipment confirmation email to let you know when we have dispatched your order. This includes your shipment tracking numbers.
