Shipping and handling is a flat fee of $9.90, or FREE delivery on orders over $99.00.
We encourage our customers to reach this amount to take advantage of the free delivery offer.

We will have a Reward Points program in the future, in the meantime we are allowing you to accumulate points on your purchases so you will have them available to redeem when the program is launched.

Where applicable, deliveries will be made by the Carrier to the address stipulated in your order.

Deliveries do not require a signature on receipt. Where possible Delivery should be to an address where someone is available to receive the Goods during business hours. In the event no one is available to receive delivery, the goods will be left on premises in the safest location available at the address you have stipulated on your order.

We will deliver to most addresses within Australia. Delivery to business addresses must include the business name. All deliveries are made 8:30am to 5.00pm Monday to Friday by a Body Science chosen carrier. For orders placed before 3:00pm on a weekday, please allow from the confirmation of dispatch:

  • 2-5 working days for delivery to a capital city in any State;
  • 5-10 working days for delivery to most large regional towns; and
  • 7-14 working days for delivery to other remote locations.

    Over half my box of TX100 is again unusable. I am so frusterated I love the product but it makes it very expensive buy when only getting half of what you pay for. Can you please fix this. They are like this as soon as I open the box so it is not the way they are stored by me.

    I am the Technical and Regulatory Affairs Manager at the Australian Beverages Council. We are a peak body representing the collective interests of the non-alcoholic refreshment beverages industry. Our membership is comprised of multi-national companies, small and medium business, making up over 95% of the non-alcoholic beverage industry’s production volume in Australia.

    I am contacting you as some of the food products you sell contain stevia. Food Standards Australia New Zealand (FSANZ) have contacted us requesting information on the consumption of stevia in Australia and New Zealand in order for them to assess an application we submitted to allow stevia in fruit drinks (A1149 – Addition of Steviol Glycosides in Fruit Drinks). See the link for information on the application –

    FSANZ have said if we are not able to provide them with the necessary data they may need to review the permitted level of stevia addition of all foods. This could mean that they will reduce the permitted level of stevia in foods.

    This information can be provided either through the Australian Beverages Council or straight to FSANZ. If you do not want to share this information with us please let me know and I will provide you with the FSANZ contact.
