Blue Raspberry Chia Pudding
Serves 1 Time 10 Minutes
1 cup unsweetened plain almond milk
1/4 cup chia seeds
2 tbsp Clean Vegan Salted Caramel
1 serve SHRED ULTRA Blue Raspberry
1 tsp vanilla essence
2 tbsp jam of choice (we love St Dalfords)
1/4 cup coconut yoghurt
Handful of granola (optional)
Fresh blueberries and mulberries to top
Combine chia seeds, protein, SHRED, and almond milk in a bowl and set in the fridge.
Remove from the fridge when chia seeds have formed a pudding-like consistency and layer in a jar with coconut yoghurt, jam, and top with fresh berries and granola.
