Puncture Vine (Tribulus) is a natural food source of Furastanolic Saponins, including Protodioscin. Trigonella (Fenugreek) is a rich natural source of saponins and alkaloids including Diosgenin and 4-Hydroxy Isoleucine. Dioscerea (Wild Yam) is a natural food source of saponins including Diosgenin.
