Diet:

On average I try to eat six meals per day. Generally this will consist of three whole food meals such as chicken, rice & salad and three shakes that I make using BSc WPI, BSc l-glutamine, banana, oats, nuts, ice & low-fat milk. When I am dieting for a competition I continue to eat six times per day but will adjust the carbs down and protein up as necessary


Training:

My current weekly exercise regimen consists of:

5x weights sessions (60-75mins)
2x 1-on-1 boxing lessons (60mins)
1x soft sand jogging (50 mins)
2x interval training fat burning on treadmill or x-trainer (30mins)
2-3 stretching sessions, mainly legs/lower back (20-30mins)

When I begin competition preparation the only difference with training will be an increase in the number of cardio/fat-burning sessions per week.

WORKOUT SPLIT

The weight-training split I'm doing at the moment consists of a 5-day rotation of the larger body parts combined with a 3-day rotation of the smaller body parts as can be seen below. It is interesting and gives me a lot of variety. I generally train 5x/week having a rest day or two whenever I feel I need it.
