Warrick Brant finishes 1st in Nebraska!

Hi to the BSc team,

It has been a while since we last spoke. I have been away in the USA competing and I leave on Friday to fly back home.

I was invited to compete in the Nebraska Strongman and Highland Games Competition where I dominated in every strongman event and finished 2nd in the highland games events, only to the current world champion. As a result I had accumulated enough points to take victory ahead of some big names.

My goal before the end of the year is to break the current Australian deadlift record. 375kg is the record. I plan to go 400+.

I hope that a Body Science nutrition plan will increase strength for this attempt.
