Courtney Gilfillan recommends new Energy Gels

I have just finished the City 2 Surf marathon. Was a great morning and a lot of fun.

Have tried the new Energy Gels - great!!!!

They're not too thick; gel comes out nicely. The concept of the top / lid worked well. I liked that it did not spill all over me like the other gels... which leave you all sticky after use.

The BSc on the packaging is loud - its great!
