Team BSc Athlete David Rhodes - Australian Kayak Training Update

Training is going well and on track, I have started doing some running for cross training and its noticeable how much the kompressorz help to reduce my muscle soreness. The new ¾ top is also great, there is a lot more give in the shoulders and I can wear it for all my longer sessions on the water.

My health has remained in great shape during my heavy training blocks and I put that down to the program and structure BSc have me on. (Super mass, melibol, ecoade, L-glutamine, triandrobol and the multi VMA.)

- I’m on top of my diet and eating as good as I can be… water intake is between 3-4 liters a day.
- Pre session’s im taking ½ serve super mass with melibol and L-glutamine.
- Post session’s im taking melibol and ecoade on completion of session with tribulus and triandrobol then 10-20mins after normal serve 40grms super mass with new creatine ethyl ester capsules you gave me.
