2nd in the Coolangatta Gold to Body Science Elizabeth Pluimers

Hi Greg,

Just wanted to say thank you and let you know that I came 2nd in the Coolangatta Gold in a time of 3hours and 23 minutes, only 49seconds behind the winner Alica Marriott of WA.

I feel as though the nutritional advice you gave helped a lot, not only during training and preparation but also throughout the actual race itself. Hydrating with Ecoade early in the race really helped in the final sprint to the line to hold 3rd place off.
