Following are recipes for yummy Body Science protein desserts:

Caramel Cheese Mousse

Lite' Cottage cheese 200g

Mix with 2 scoops of LipoBurn Creamy Caramel (can mix with a spoon but comes out better whipped or mixed with a hand blender)

Mix in 2 teaspoons of cinnamon (or more to taste)

You can also crush and blend in cashews and almonds into taste, I do but for people conscious of calories the skinny version is without nuts

Leave it in the fridge for an hour or maybe more for the flavour to settle.

Choc Cherry Jelly

Mix one packet of dark cherry Jelly crystals as per instructions on jelly packet

Wait about 15 mins for mix to cool down

Add two scoops Chocolate NitroVol, stir in with a whisk or a fork until protein has broken down.

Allow to set over night

While the colour isn't that attractive I swear this tastes like a Choc Cherry Bar!!.

Sweet Apple Omelette

You can use cottage cheese or the caramel cheese mousse in this.

Peel and cut up an apple (green apples are best) sprinkle with 2 teaspoons of cinnamon or more to taste and cook for 3-4 minutes in microwave in microwave safe dish

Cook up six egg whites into an omelette, in a small pan. (You will need to spray with non stick spray to stop egg sticking) A pan is best to get a light thin pancake like shape.

When omelette is cooked add the cooked apple to the omelette. Add cheese into the middle of the omelette with the cooked apple, (use cottage cheese or the caramel cheese mousse), roll it up and enjoy your Sweet Apple Omelette.
