Just Carbs is suitable for anyone, including bodybuilders, rugby players, sprinters and other strength athletes.

Just CARBS can be also used widely by endurance athletes, such as runners, cyclists and triathletes, as it improves performance when consumed during long periods of exercise, and can speed up recovery when taken after training.

Just Carbs is highly effective at speeding recovery when consumed after exercise. When combined with protein it restores depleted glycogen faster than conventional high-carbohydrate energy drinks.

PRE TRAINING/EXERCISE:
1-4 grams of carbohydrate per kilogram of body weight, one to four hours prior to exercise [1].

DURING ENDURANCE or HIGH INTENSITY EXERCISE LASTING OVER 90 MINUTES:
30 to 60 grams carbohydrate per hour [1].
(120 to 240 carbohydrate calories)

POST TRAINING/EXERCISE:
1.5 grams of carbohydrate per kilogram of body weight, within 30 minutes. Repeat every 2 hours for 4 to 6 hours [1].
