Greetings from poland,

500 k2 B final was good, real tight finish, got too get better at them, we ended up 3rd.... For where we're at we are pretty happy, time would've got us mid field in A final. Just had the semi of the k2 1000, finished second which puts us into the final tomorrow. I am absolutely smashed right now, but supplements & compression garments are really helping recovery. Looking forward to giving it a real good go in the morning and seeing where we're at... For now I will put my feet up, got the Kompressorz on.... cause I'm knackered!!! I'm pretty sure the flight over is begining to take its toll, glad I had the Kompressorz Jetz on (40hrs travelling isn't so great). No single events, dan and I are really happy with the progress of the pairs so that's what we'll be concentrating on...
