Over the Past Three Years I have had the Privilege of working with a truly inspirational sportsman Ruben Wiki.
Ruben is recognised as one of Rugby League toughest competitors, and after 10 years of first grade Footy, he is going stronger then ever, winning the Canberra Raiders Player of the year for the last two years, as well as becoming the New Zealand Captain. Ruben prides himself on his physical prowess, within the toughest sporting arena in the world.
He puts his prolonged success down to a number of factors. One of which is a philosophy of “train hard play hard“, He is a true professional who takes care of his body.
