Banana + Blueberry Power Smoothie

The blueberries are packed full of the antioxidant vitamin C that help maintain a healthy immune system.
Bananas are a terrific energy food and a great source of potassium, an essential mineral for maintaining normal blood pressure and heart function.
Flax seed (linseed) is high in omega 3 which helps to assist your body in burning of more fat + helps to suppress the appetite You also get a massive protein hit from the protein powder + skim milk, which provides you with the amino acids needed by the body to boost your immune system and repair the body.

Serves 1
1 cup (250 ml) low fat milk or water
2 scoops Caramel flavored Hydroxy Burn Pro
150 g frozen blueberries
1 banana
1 tbsp flaxseed oil or ground flax seed

Combine everything into a blender and blend until combined and creamy.
Pour into a glass and enjoy.
